Both when Chad arrived to quote the project and when he arrived to do the work, he showed up a few minutes early with a pleasant demeanor. He remembered and left just slightly too much dirt remaining and hauled off the rest. As the work happened while I was off to work myself, he gave me an early evening call to double check that I was satisfied that he'd done what I asked correctly.
At the same time as he directly helped me with this little project, he also worked with my contractor to excavate a crawlspace for a bedroom/garage addition to my house. I don't know the fine details of their work together, only that at the end of the day, Chad's work was done and construction was proceeding.
