CABINET OUTLET

This place is great! It's not "cheap" but you essentially get custom cabinets for far less money, and the materials are all wood (no cheapo particle board), very high quality made. They have a handful of options for wood, style, and varnish, so it's not fully custom, but they will make anything you need, basically. We feel like we lucked out finding this place. Jeff was so helpful. We had a particularly difficult situation, and Jeff actually drove to our house to be sure the measurements were going to work. It was such a tight fit and they nailed it to the millimeter! The cabinets were GREAT, service GREAT and turnaround time GREAT. Plus the installer, Bob Shields, was fantastic. We are using them again to get a pseudo-custom wardrobe made. I highly recommend them!!

When I called to speak with Ron, the salesperson, about this (he was not there when I picked up the piece), he said that this is standard procedure in the cabinet business (we are not in the cabinet business, we are homeowners) and no one has ever questioned it before! To add to this insult, he said that if the $30.00 is so important to me, I could come by and he would pay it out of his own pocket. Needless to say, at this point it was not the $30.00, but the shoddy customer service that was the problem. In addition, the piece had all edges unsanded and rough and chipped, so this was additional work we had to do ourselves. Staples were coming through the wood, the piece was not fully square, cheap hardware. Shop somewhere else-they don't want your business.
