We did the kitchen first and we like them enough to have them come back and do the basement. The owner was on site everyday and he was good about giving us feed back and keeping us informed of our progress.

Skee arrived on time. Did the work expertly and quickly. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a builder.

very well. some small hiccups with inspectors which delayed project for 1 day. some variation from estimated costs due to unanticipated plumbing requirements but otherwise close to bid costs. skee is easy to work with and is a good communicator. he is honest and dependable and used high quality workers and subcontractors. he was diligent about keeping the jobsite clean and as tidy as possible. we love our new bathroom.

I contacted Buildcraft and Skee came over to look at the project within a week or so of calling. He provided a very detailed estimate and presented it in person, which I really appreciated. Buildcraft started the job about 3 weeks after I accepted their bid. The job took a little longer than expected because of the weather conditions- not their fault and because of a faulty valve- again, not their fault. I'm extremely happy with how the project turned out and would hire them again.

We actually enjoyed the remodeling process with Skee and his team and the subs. They all did great work. We wanted to save some of our upper cabinetry and make new ones at the bottom to match and they did a great job with that. Everyone was in-tune to our needs and schedules. The whole remodel was on schedule (it took a month) and within budget.

Generally well. A couple of unexpected glitches were handled professionally.

Skee completed the kitchen remodel within 8 weeks time (project completed on time). His subs were great to work with and they did a good job. Skee was organized, communicated well and was on time each day for work. His attention to detail was amazing and much appreciated (I was delighted to know my project was in his capable hands!). The work space inside and out were cleaned up after each day, which was fantastic, since I had to live in the home while remodel was underway. Ultimately, he made the project as easy as possible for me, and was flexible working around my schedule and my two dogs which were home each day. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful contractor that was so easy to work with. Each day, I am in awe of the beautiful kitchen he created for me.

Buildcraft was very professional and prompt. I had several thresholds that needed to be custom built and they made suggestions and then did a great job. The tile back splash looks great.

I thought that I received very good service. Buildcraft came by very promptly and gave us a very fair bid on the fence. I showed the man my design and he said that he could definitely build it. So far, everything has gone great. The fence looks wonderful. They even sent us pictures of the final project, which was nice of them. I do not remember an exact charge but they did charge $45 per hour.

The work was excellent and the owner gave regular updates as to how things were going and asked for my preferences.

Really well -- Skee (Loren) was punctual (a couple of times he was late, but it was because of extenuating circumstances like traffic --and that his truck was broken into one morning), thorough, neat ,and professional. His bid was less than the other two contractors. It ended up costing a bit more than he estimated, but it was because he ran into some other things that needed attention. It ended up being just a little over the estimated price.

Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was impressive and commented upon by the other subs and especially the painter. Every miter and joint was perfect and after paint was awesome. I would highly recommend this contractor for any work you need done. They were there everyday bright and early and usually the last to leave. They worked well with the other trades and cleaned up after themselves, unlike some of the other trades.

Buildcraft was amazing to work with. We are VERY happy with ALL of the work that they have done for us over the years. As the general contractor, Skee is very skilled with excellent attention to detail, workmanship, and quality. He is resourceful, fair, honest, hardworking, and trustworthy, with admirable work ethic and integrity. I was super impressed with Buildcraft every step of the way. I would highly recommend them for all of the types of work that we hired them for.

Good quality work from Skee and his helpers. Very friendly and personable. Part of the project was a few days late in getting finished and the price was about 10% above agreed upon amount, but we would still definitely recommend to others.

Excellent work, we couldn't be happier with all aspects - responsiveness, scheduling, professionalism, and quality of workmanship. Crew were very respectful and careful with the existing landscaping, nothing was harmed. We look forward to working with the contractor again. We highly recommend this contractor for this and other types of work.

It was a great experience! They were timely, professional, and very nice. Their work is top rate. They made the whole process very easy for me, and my backyard looks great.
