Buddy's Junk Removal and Recyling

I am extremely happy with my experience with Buddy's Junk removal & Recycling. I emailed using the form on their website and received a call back from Buddy within an hour and a half. We discussed the type of junk I needed removed and the range of cost that he charges, and then scheduled a pickup for a Friday afternoon, just a day and a half later. He gave me a two hour window of arrival and told me that they would call when they were on the way to my house. Unfortunately, because it was a Friday afternoon, traffic was a nightmare, so they arrived at the end of the two hour window, which was not an issue for me. Because they had to empty the truck before coming to my house, they were able to give me about an hour's warning of when they intended to arrive, and they ended up arriving exactly when they said they would. Buddy and Jeremy got right to work on removing the items I indicated, and even got some of the items down from the rafters in my garage for me. Both guys were very personable and professional and worked hard. I had about a quarter of a truckload, which cost $235, and it took them about 20 minutes to load up.
