Furniture - Sales
After searching for some time for a simple, shallow, low credenza, I went to Brunke. I forget about them sometimes, as they're smaller than other furniture stores, but I'm never disappointed. They didn't have exactly what I wanted on the floor, but they are knowledgeable and looked through catalogs to find a great model, and they had other items from the manufacturer in store so I was able to see quality. They don't sell junk, and price reflects that, but what I've purchased I'll own for a very long time (solid wood, high quality). It's the customer service that will have me coming back; the father/daughter did the delivery, and when he discovered the "mouse hole" for electrical cord hadn't been drilled, he was more than willing to come back, and when I said I was happy to take are of it, he gave me detailed instructions to ensure I didn't chip the back of unit. Super friendly/responsive. Will make them earlier stop in future furniture searches.
