I have been using Bruce for at least 20 years for all of my large appliances. He usually comes out once to check the appliance and once to repair it. However, he has frequently been able to diagnose the problem over the phone and fix it in just one visit. He is very upfront about letting you know when your appliance is beyond help and needs to be replaced. He is very knowledgeable and will explain how your appliance works and what's wrong with it. His prices are very reasonable. He is prompt about returning calls and fitting you in quickly if you are in dire need of his services (I really needed my dryer that week as my daughter was getting ready to leave for college). Additionally, he is a really nice guy and very professional and a person I'm happy to have in my home. I highly recommend him.
