This is where I bought the car and where I have it serviced. I would not go anywhere else.

I have a Toyota. I don’t know if it’s just like a stereotype, but I always feel like we will continue to go to them, because I feel like that if you can afford it, that’s what you should do, take your car to the dealer. We also have a Prius. So, it’s like a specialized kind of car and it had the hybrid. I always get the feeling like I wish I didn’t have to go to them. They sort of like have the corner on the market and everything is more expensive than maybe it should be. I just go in, I take the car, they gave me their appointment. They always answer the phone. I feel like they get the work done. I kind of have to use them again.

We go to Broadway Toyota for our auto service.  We were there three months ago.  Every three to six months we're in for oil changes and miscellaneous work. 

My car is new so I go to the dealership. I just get the notice and I take it in, and they do the service. 

They are proactive, they take care of me. When I come in they are very efficient, and they provide extra services like car washing and things like that.

They do a diagnostic for me. They also rotate my tires. They are professional and timely.

They did exactly what their suppose to do.

Their punctuality is fine. I have been frustrated with their website. It is not easy to deal with in terms of chatting with a mechanic. It is just kind of cumbersome. They have this process that is time consuming.

It was a thorough checkup. It took about three hours. It was fine. I always get good service there. They're expensive but I like them. They're pretty good with their punctuality.

My car is only a year old and there was no charge because my car is new. They were nice and I had it scheduled so they took it right in. It took them a couple of hours. They took me to work and dropped me off and then picked me up. They are friendly and accommodating.

I’m still under warranty. It didn’t cost me anything. I actually didn’t purchase my vehicle from them but from a different Toyota dealership. They are closer to me and their service is always really good. Their professionalism is very good. Everything cost so much whenever you are dealing with the car.
