Rebuilt the upholstery for my bulldozer using exactly the materials I needed to achieve the firmness I requested.

The repair looks great. All work was on time and in budget.

Everything went well. The gentleman arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a good job.

Once you overlook the shop's mess, you are greeted with knowledgable service agents. They did not stray from the quoted priced, and when I raised an issue after the service had been preform, they were quick to fix it.

The repair was outstanding! It was seamless and you could not see where the work was done or if there was ever any damage. They did a great job!

How did it go? It went fabulously. I selected this shop in part on the basis of the shop's inclusion on the top manufacturer's lsidt of recommended installers, and in part on the Angie's List reviews that the shop had accumulated. Early in the process Mike provided advice regarding which top and fabric to purchase, and agreed to install it at a very competitive price. When the appointed day arrived, his shop was ready for me and as agreed the installation was completed by that afternoon. I've waited 6 months to comment so that I could get a sense of how the top is actually performing, and I'm pleased (not surprised) to say that it is excellent in all regards. There are no wrinkles in the fabric, it is water and wind tight, and folds as it should. With any kind of luck this top will last a long time, but when I finally get around to replacing upholstery I'll turn to Bright's without delay. I have already referred a number of friends to Bright's for various services.

Bright did a GREAT JOB replacing damaged leather on my Jaguar XJ6 driver's seat, making it look and feel like new, and perfectly matching the rest of the interior. I had lost points at the 2011 All British Field Meet (ABFM) due to the damage, but took first place in my class at the 2012 ABFM this year with Bright's work. Mike was excellent talking with me, explaining what was wrong and how to fix it right, and scheduling it to get done before the show. I'm very happy with the work, and would use them again.

I drove my truck to his ship where he immediately came out to look at the problem. Mike explained to me why it was tearing the way it was, what he was going to do to repair it, what it would look like, and how to care for the leather once the repair was complete. He also gave me an estimate which he honored to the dollar after it was complete . No surprises.

He had the repair done within the day as promised and gave me a call as soon as it was complete. All the work was done the same day.

I could not be happier. I also felt that I instantly gained a new friend. Mike is such a honest and friendly person with whom I immediately felt comfortable. He got the work done in a short amount of time and delivered results beyond my expectations. I was so impressed with the classic cars that he had in progress. I could not recommend Bright Auto Upholstery higher!

Mike Weiler of Bright Upholstery gave me an oral quote, took my phone number and we set a date for me to bring the car in. His quote was a few hundred dollars higher than one I'd gotten over the phone, but his location was much more convenient to public transportation, and I knew he'd been at this location a very long time. I took the car in as planned. He said it would take around 2 weeks. There was no upfront paperwork, but his handshake seemed good enough for me. Afterwards, I thought I was foolish not to have at least asked for a receipt for the car. Then I reminded myself that this is Portland, the big city that still thinks like a small town. Sure enough, a little more than 2 weeks later I picked up the car and paid what we'd agreed on. It looks great.

The owner, Mike Weiler, has over 35 years of experience and knows the business really well. They did a beautiful job. There weren't able to complete the job when they said they would because of an illness with one of the workers. They did give us a discount because of that delay to make it right.
