We were very pleased with how Scott Kramer and his team of subcontractors did. The work required several specialists, including the purchase and installation of a new chimney and the workers who did the inside work.
All were on time, did very high quality work, were nice to deal with and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done.

Scott from Bridge City Builders recently did an expansion of our Multnomah Village home.  It was a complicated project performed while we were living within the project.  All phases of the project were handled professionally, with quality workmanship, attention to detail, and a level of cleanliness we have never experienced before.  After our project Scott is off to build a spec home.  I would not remotely hesitate referring Bridge City Builders to anyone for their home or light commercial projects.

We used Bridge City Builders to remodel the mudroom/laundry room. Previously our mudroom was a lot of wasted space, dark, and we had to go into the basement to do our laundry. Scott moved our washer/dryer out of the basement and did the required plumbing changes. He also installed a french door that opens onto a back deck, so we have much more light, and an outdoor living space. Finally, he built shelves and cubbyholes floor to ceiling in the mudroom, to our specifications, so the room has no wasted space. We found Scott to be a good listener, he asked good questions, and he built exactly what we wanted. The project was done on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the result, and we finally have a functional mudroom!

Scott was recommended by the contractor doing our deck. He provided an estimate promptly, worked well with everyone, told me when he would be here and when he wouldn't and showed up when he said. The work was done quickly and properly, and he was flexible to do his part around other work going on at the same time.

I could not be more pleased with the finished product. Scott Kramer outlined a schedule, kept me informed and came in right on budget. He was extremely efficient and careful. I will definitely use this company again when the need arises.

We had the initial plans drawn up by a drafter recommended by Scott, but were more pleased with the creative ideas presented by Scott. When we found ourselves at a design stumbling block we often consulted with him to help us "think outside the box" for ideas that might work better and were always pleased with the result. We gave him "free rein" to design and build our pergola, after we saw the work he did on our box beams in the dining room.
