It went very well. They did a good job and it was a good price. Doing the rotors was not originally expected, but I needed it. They were very friendly people and they put emphasis on doing the job right. If any problems come back, they will make it right. I think their responsiveness was pretty good. The waiting room was really bad and cold, almost unheated.

Be careful of their ads. Switched from another company after getting ad for ''4 tires complete brake job for $99''. That's pads only. No hardware. Job was done quickly & thoroughly, though

i had a coupon for brake change, drum set-up, brake flush, brake adjustment, plus a free oil change. i entered the shop and said i wanted to use the $99 coupon to get the works. my complaint was that the brakes on my jeep cherokee had been squeeking for a good month. tim, the manager, said that first it had to go through an inspection. an hour later, tim informed me all that was needed to get rid of the squeek was a brake flush and cleaning of the rear brakes. he said the 'works' was not needed. tim said the cost would be $80 or 80% of the original cost i had in mind for the 'works'. i received my car in 3 hours and continued to hear squeeks in my brakes. i called tim the next day and he tried to sell me new premier brakes to fix the problem. i complained that originally i wanted the 'works' on the coupon to fix the problem and that according to his assessment all i needed was a brake flush and cleaning of drums to fix the squeek. i was upset & duped.

THEY'LL DO THEIR BEST TO UP SELL YOU, SO BE CAUTIOUS, AND KNOW YOUR STUFF. I RECEIVED A MAIL COUPON FOR THEIR $99.95 SPECIAL THAT INCLUDES FRONT/REAR PADS OR SHOES, ROTOR RESURFACE, PACK BEARINGS, AND BLEED BRAKE SYSTEM. THEY CALLED ABOUT A 1/2 HOUR AFTER I DROPPED IT OFF WITH A NEW QUOTE OF ABOUT $495, CITING A BUNCH OF TECHNICAL JARGON. OF COURSE THIS WAS WAY OFF FROM WHAT I BUDGETED, SO I ASKED WHAT WAS TOTALLY NECESSARY TO FIX. HE OFFERED TO TRY, AND GET A CHEAPER QUOTE FOR PARTS, CALLED BACK AGAIN WITH A SOMEWHAT LOWER ESTIMATE OF $325. IN THE END I ASKED HIM TO STICK WITH THE $99.95 JOB I HAD INITIALLY REQUESTED, AND WOULD GET THE ADDITIONAL FIXES LATER WITH MY REGULAR MECHANIC WHO I KNOW WILL NOT CHARGE THAT MUCH. JUST TO BE CLEAR, I'M SURE MY CAR WOULD HAVE BENEFITED FROM THE ADDITIONAL FIXES, BUT THAT WASN'T THE INTENT OF MY VISIT.
