BOUNDARY LOCATERS

Called and was told they would schedule work a week out. Called them after 2 weeks and got info about when work would be performed. They did work promptly, marked lines-still waiting for report.

The surveyors were personable and nice. They estimated the location of the pins that they could not find. When I asked them if they could use their equipment to verify our property line on the West side, I was told they would have to return at a later time at an additional charge, since they did not have their surveying equipment with them. To their credit they had some good advice for me on how I could figure out the property line myself, which is obscured by vegetation and an existing fence. Come on, guys! Why don't you bring all of your equipment to the job site? I paid a steep $450 for this guesstimate, and I also requested the report to be sent to me quickly. When I didn't receive it in the mail, I called B.L. three times to remind them that I needed the report for my neighbors. They had many excuses. After 5 weeks - still nothing. I am disappointed about how they do business. I expected to get more for my money and would not do business again with them.

They were very prompt. They came and provided the info in writing. They were very courteous and nice guys as well as the office.

Cost was good. They brought a metal detector to locate the pins in the ground. They brought the county deed records and gave me a copy of the records. I had to call several times to get the report though.

THEY WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND GAVE GREAT ADVICE. WE HAD A PROBLEM AND THE SURVEY CAME UP. THE PROBLEM WAS CREATED A LONG TIME AGO AND HAD NOT BEEN DISCOVERED OR DEALT WITH.
