We are very pleased with the entire experience. Bob and his son John are very conscience, kept on schedule, solved problems quickly, made excellent recommendations, and did high quality work. There was never a day of down time. Their sub contractors had a long term relationship with Bob and John and great respect for both of them. I was able to watch the progress first hand as I work out of my house. It was noisy an dusty, but both were kept to a minimum. Since we lived and worked at the home during the remodel, Bob and John added a sink in the utility room and wired toaster ovens, a fridge, space heaters, and microwave in our "sunroom" for us to use. Although we ate out often, we were still able to survive comfortably at home. In short, I've never worked with a better contractor. Bob & John Samuels did exactly what they said they would do, when they said the would do it, and finished on schedule, even with the changes we made. As stated at the beginning, we're very pleased.
