Excellent. Jerry showed up when he said he was going to show up, and did what he said he was going to do. Invoice was exactly as anticipated. Work quality and crew performance was excellent.

My neighbor informed me of visible damage to my roof from his window. He showed me what appeared to be missing tiles. I called looking for estimates on repair. Jerry originally stated he was unavailable until later in the week but then came by the very next day "since he was in the area" and took a look. There was no damage to the roof and he did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He told me the roof was in great shape and why it appeared from the ground there may have been missing tiles. He was super friendly, honest, and communicated everything very well. And he did not charge me for the visit. In a time when it seems you cannot trust the service industry it is apparent that Jerry is an exception.

They came out and gave me a fair quote. They showed me the brochures on the quality of materials they were going to use. The materials arrived on time and the job was finished on time and at the agreed upon price. Their work is very professional.

He was very prompt and he would stop when it rained but as soon as the rain stopped he got right back to it. He is licensed and a very professional man.
