I placed my order with them many weeks ago. The blinds were suppose to be in by now but I have not heard from this company. Now they will not return any of my calls.

I enjoyed Wes's low key, quiet approach. He helped me find the least expensive options for some of the windows, gave good color suggestions & advice on pleat size relative to window size. Wasn't afraid to give his opinion but wasn't pushy either. Delivery was to be in 2 1/2 weeks. I called him last Thursday (half a week early) as I had the next day off, to see if by chance my shades had come in & if he was available to come the next day to install them. He said one had come in and he'd call if the rest came that afternoon. He called me later that day, they did come & he was able to accommodate me and installed them Friday morning. REALLY appreciate his quick service. After months of searching, I was anxious to finally get them installed. The shades fit great & look fantastic. Wes was just nice to work with, he did small things like took his shoes off at the front door & cleaned up thoroughly after installation. All I can say is AHH, when I look at how beautiful my windows finally look.
