Blinds Northwest were extremely easy to work with. Scheduling for both the home measurements/blinds selection as well as actual installation were very easy. They were helpful in making selections and giving advice. The blinds themselves look great after install and are just as we expected We are happy with both the final outcome and the ease of doing business.

I'm sorry Alex - you and Dasha were friendly and we really liked you. However, there were problems. The price for our shades and blinds was excellent. The installation went well - the delay in installing was not your fault. Our shades were on back order from the manufacturer. That was disappointing because we wanted everything installed before we moved into our house - for privacy and convenience of installation. Because of the backorder, our shades  couldn't be installed until after we moved in. It was more difficult for the installer because of having to work around furniture, although he didn't complain and said things worked fine for him to install. Also, we had ordered valences for the top of our three sets of shades which we did not receive.
We ordered cordless blinds and did not receive cordless blinds. We were disappointed because we have cats and we didn't want them to play with the cords or get tangled with them. You graciously gave us 10% off for the blinds because of that. But we still have cords on our blinds.
But the one part of our dealings we were surprised and upset about was that you charged our credit card without our permission. We gave you the card number for the 1/2 down payment only. There were no instructions from us to charge it again for the balance two months later.

Dale Beeson is one of the best small business owners I have ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable, professional and competitively priced. He promptly responded to my initial inquiry, was helpful in choosing the right window dressings and completed the installation seamlessly. I have already recommended him to friends. 

I bought shades from an Angies list special buy. Alex came over and measured and helped me pick out shades because I didn't even know what I wanted. He showed me the shades that would best keep out the light and heat and helped 38th color selection. Within 2.5 weeks Alex called and said they were back and ready for installation. Vert fast turn around. Michael came within a week and installed them very quickly. He then made sure I knew how to operate them. They are fantastic. I really notice the heat difference in my upstairs east facing bedroom, especially during the recent heat spells. Both men were highly competent, down to business, and professional. At the same time they were very personable. I highly recommend.

Alex was incredibly responsive and professional.  The process was quick and fairly simple.  The fabric selections were extensive and it took 3 weeks from the start of the process to installation.  We had a small issue with one of the chains on the roller shade.  Within 24 hours Alex came out and made the repair.  Overall a great experience.

Very good.  helped me notice that the blinds should look the same on the outside on front of house.  Also pointed out that horizontal blinds would work better on a out-of-the ordinary window I had rather than cellular.

I signed up for an Angie's List deal for $199 off $400 worth of window shades. Alex came for the bid and was on time and very informative.  The fellow who installed the shades was also on time, and installed the blinds efficiently and quickly.  The shades are working fine and a nice addition to my living room.

The window cover looks and works beautifully.  The cost of this type of window covering is the cheapest that I have seen.  A friend purchased one similar and about the same size last year.  Hers cost move than twice this price.  The quality of my new covering is even better than hers too! The kitchen window is quite large and the old cover which we had purchased from a different provider had cords that didn't last long because it was too large to pull up and down with the single cord.  
Our new window cover matches the walls perfectly.  I would recommend BLINDS NORTHWEST to anyone without hesitation.
