BLINDS ETC

Small business and very helpful but it did take longer than promised.

I called this company early on a Friday and reached their voicemail. I left my name and phone#, slowly and clearly and described I was seeking repair to the pull cord on my blind. By the next day, Saturday afternoon, I had not received any return call from Blind Etc. So, I called then again that Saturday afternoon. A male answered in the middle of their voicemail message and simply said hello. I told him my name and that I had left a message the previous day of my blind issue, that the pull cord had broken off and had not heard back from them to see if it could be fixed. His only reply was bring it in, I'm sure we can fix it. I replied that I was not even sure I knew how to take the blind down. His answer was, well, we do not service in the home. I said oh, ok. thank you and the call ended. Not one word or suggestion on how I could remove the blind to bring it to them or why I was not even called back from my initial voicemail message. I feel their customer service is lacking to nearly non-exsistent. I would not use or reconmend this company.

Everything went fine--blinds are done and working like new again--I would use Blinds, Etc. anytime and would also order new blinds from them--they are very knowledgeable and very professionable, and dependable, too!

I was satisfied with their service and will be taking another blind in for repair. The price seemed reasonable.
