He did a really good job, he was really honest and didn't  push any work that wasn't an emergency. I will going back to him. He is really busy and is appointment only, but if you have time to wait it is worth it.

I dropped the car off and was provided with a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. I got a call the next afternoon telling me what the problem was and the time and the cost of the repair. when I picked the car up the problem was gone and I got a very detailed explanation of the testing that was done and what it took to fix it. I also got a detailed list of a couple of future concerns that he said could wait until the car needed another service.  Bill is very competent and friendly and treats his customers like i think he would treat family.  thanks

I appreciate this shop has the ability to do more than read the sensors - they have the knowledge to troubleshoot the problem rather than just changing parts.  Old school abilities, not just relying on the high-tech gadgets.

When I've used them they were pretty good! I thought the price was very fair. I've found them to be very honest the couple times I've used them. It's a fair distance from my home so I don't use them for everything but I do use them for major work & tune-ups.

We've been using Bill's Quality Automotive for years and trust them completely.  The prices are very reasonable, service is complete,  This company tells us what may need to be accomplished in the future but does not try to sell services. We have three cars over ten years old and Bill keeps them running very well. 
Bill found and fixed a problem that other mechanics have been trying to identify for years.
Bill's will always be our mechanics and we have nothing  but the highest praise for them.

Vehicle had an issue with check engine light going on and off intermittently  . Also vehicle was hard to start. Explained problems with vehicle over the phone with Bill's Quality Automotive, and made an appointment to take the vehicle in. They were able to diagnose the problems. Had the vehicle ready the next day. When I picked up the vehicle. They were very professional in explaining what was going on with the vehicle. I would use them again for auto issues and maintenance.

Shop was very flexible and even allowed me to back my appointment up a day. Bill quickly diagnosed both problems, provided an estimate and assured he would call if they hit a snag. One problem was a check engine light which two other shops coudn't diagnose. Car was ready the same day and Bill took the time to review the work and let him know if there were any concerns or that pesky light returned he would address it immediately. He also gave some tips for future maintenance. Excellent experience overall - I now have a shop in Portland that I can count on.

My beat up 92 Surburban was leaking power steering fluid like crazy.  They got it fixed up in no time.  My son's Hyuandi had died and been sitting on the street for a couple of months.  We towed it over there and they looked it over, informed me that the engine was cracked and would cost big bucks to fix.  I told them no thanks.  When I went to pay them for the estimate the owner told me that he wouldn't have done the work on it if I had told them too because it wasn't worth it.Finally an honest mechanic.

Fully explained all services to be performed, fully explained problem diagnosis, and fully explained the 60,000 mile check-up service.  Very professional and I felt that they really cared about what they were doing. Since the car was going to be there for most of the day, they gave me a ride home.  The shuttle car was clean and the driver was courteous. I have used the services of this company before, I will agin, and I recommend them to my friends.

They were highly persistent.  I paid them a $99 fee to do a diagnosis.  They kept the car for 3 days and I don't know how many hours they worked for $99, but they were determined to figure out this problem.  I told them no one else could figure out the problem and after 6 years of chasing this problem these guys nailed it.  It was a neighbor's car and it was the most unbelievable automotive experience of my life.  They were very reasonable on the actual repair beyond the $99 diagnosis.  It was erratic hard starting and it turned out being an elusive part of the engine that never goes bad and no one ever checks.  They told me all 5 mechanics would sit around a table scratching their heads and talk about what they've tried.  They called me up twice a day and said I couldn't pick it up because they hadn't figured it out and I couldn't pick it up until they did.
