After meeting with Shelley we thought we found a good quality company that would work with us as novices on kitchen remodel.  Communication was good up until we gave money.  I had a few changes to our initial consultation and  I called for 2 day and could not get an answer or call back.  Finally showed up at office and was able to get changes in.  Scheduled to start on  a Monday called the Saturday before and said will be there Tuesday.  Wednesday at 11AM showed up.  I was told it was going to be a full week installation.  I Cabinets went in ok some of the staples were not under molding.  Thursday morning I was informed that they did not have the correct size cabinet for the Island.  We increased the size of island by six inches.  Irritated me that My order was in for over a month and did not have the correct cabinets.  Shelley was gone during my installation communication was even worse.  Time to install granite  my granite composite sink from home depot was broke so after island top was installed had to return and special order sink  wait 2 weeks. Now I had 2.5 days on what they told me was a 5 day install and 5 days of labor in the price of cabinets.  When sink arrived they came out and installed sink and one piece  of granite looked good.  ready to install other piece and put a seam in I stopped them and said they I did not like the mating piece.
