He was gracious with his time and was happy to explain maintenance that my wife and I could do to prolong the life of the home. The report was thorough and provided within a 48 hour period and he was open to phone calls for any questions which was nice. Ben takes ALOT of photos for you and will explain things that are needed to be repaired right away and some things that aren't quite to that point.
