The accident happened in the  late afternoon, and I called Beets just before closing and asked if someone could look at my car and tell me whether it would be  safe to drive  it. The technician stayed past closing time and took care of a repair that allowed me to use the car over the weekend and then drop it off on Monday, saving me three days of a rental car. When I delivered the car, someone from the rental car company was waiting to take me to get my rental car, and  the manager took over all the insurance adjustor appointments, etc.
I took advantage of the car being in the shop to have an area of chipped paint repainted. The cost was very reasonable and they did a terrific job. My car was thoroughly washed, leaving it much cleaner than it's been in years (moss is a constant problem where I live). A technician worked over the weekend to get the car back to me as soon as possible. From beginning to end, Beets' service was nothing less than extraordinary, and it just feels good knowing that, if needed, Beets is our neighborhood repair shop.

After I was in a scary accident on I- 205 on a rainy evening, I managed to get my car off the freeway & limped my way to Beets Auto Body. From the moment I drove into their parking lot, they took great care of me. The folks at Beets were compassionate & professional, in helping me through what could have been a traumatic experience. They gave me pointers on how to deal with the insurance companies, gave a fair estimate of repairs needed, did the work promptly, & did a fantastic job! My car ended up looking even better than it did before the accident! Hope I won't need their services again for an accident, but I'd heartily recommend them to anyone who needs auto body work.
