I went into the store to order a flower arrangement. The person I spoke with was pleasant and professional. She showed me a book of ideas, from which I chose one I liked. Delivery was offered for $10, but I chose to pick it up on the day I needed it, which happened to be a couple of days later. When I picked it up, it was beautiful, just like the photo. The person helped me carry it out to my car and figure out the best way to fit it into my vehicle. The whole process was quick and easy and I got just what I wanted.
