handyman service
 + -1 moreChris seems to be a nice guy, but he works for the property management company. He did a good job on the work he did, but he completely caved on us, claiming that even though he went back and repainted the woodwork, Tracy Smith said the paint he himself supplied was old and looked chalky. For that admission, I gave him a "D" for quality. We paid a total of $495.00 to get woodwork painted.
Description of Work: Chris Baron does repairs for Portland Signature Properties LLC. When we moved from a property under Tracy Smith's purview, we called Chris to do "any work needed to satisfy Tracy's requirements." There were no other instructions for Chris other than to do the job the way he did it for Tracy. We were charged $375.00 for painting the woodwork after Chris finished the job.
