It's a joke they lie don't do what contract says they took seven bloodworks from my dog in 7 and 1/2 years all of them came up with readings that were in between the norm and when you leave after getting vaccinations they tell you if there's any abnormal tease in the blood work when they get it back they'll call you wow for 7 years they never called me and I assumed that my dog was doing well come to find out. In the idiots offered me $300 for two of the bloodworks you might as well through everything in the trash and not even done it if you ain't going to tell me and they over vaccinate your pets why they take your pet out of the room to do everything to him is beyond me no other veterinarian does that do they have to be forceful or what that they can't do stuff in front of you because they're untrained and straight out of school never take your pet there if you want to keep them alive or well

I have 2 little chihuahua's, they were my wives puppies. I need to take them in for their shots. The cost depends on what you have done. I had them on a program were I pay so much for the year and I take them in for their shots and whatever, their check up. I have to get back into that.

I use Banfield Pet Hospital for pet care.  I was there just last weekend March of 2017.  The cost is on the medical insurance for the dogs, so maybe $60.  They get A's all across.  There wonderful with their personal care to my pets.

They were really good. They are on a wellness plan and I get a lot of discounted prices. It seems like 90% we just take our pets for a drop off and I do not know if I will call inbetween. It ties up your day.

My dog got really sick and I thought it had rabies. All of a sudden the dog died in their care. It caused a big issue with the family. They called me and told me they thought the dog had rabies. I left the dog there in their care and I personally think they killed my dog. It turned out the dog did not have rabies. I swore up and down I would never have another of my pets taken there. They responded by getting me in.

This is for the Issaquah, WA location review...
These guys are horrible, particularly their insurance plan.
They always try to do more than necessary. They told us because our 12 year old dog had bad breath the only solution was to pull all of his teeth out. We went to another vet and they thought that was highly irresponsible. The doctor there barely speaks English and now I am stuck in an annual insurance plan with them that they won't cutoff because our service was more than what I paid to them. As soon as this is paid off in fall, I'm out. DO NOT GO HERE!

They're always so wonderful about it. They were very patient and they let us sit with them at our leisure and they provided the cremation service. They were really good. They did pretty wonderful. I have used them a couple of times.  I have a monthly thing that I pay each month for all my cats so it helps with the cost. Normally it's $300 something. I saved about a 100 bucks. They get free check-ups and things like that, yearly physicals. The price is pretty reasonable in comparison to others. They don't keep you waiting too long.

She is absolutely amazing! She gives better attention to patients than a lot of medical doctors do. I had to put a dog to sleep and she had cared for him since he was rescued and since I got him which is about 4 years. She knew him and she knew me. After she had to put him to sleep, she actually sent a card with a note inside. I've had family members who have passed and I have not received anything from their physician to say they had this relationship for example with my mother for decades, sorry for the loss. I didn't get cards from her doctor and I got a card from Dr. Deeter and 2 other people who work in the office with a very kind personal note. They weren't just here to sympathize for my loss. I would recommend her to anyone. She is just amazing! The doctor took time to talk to us and she quite lovingly took Buddy there and supervised his ashes for us so I thought we received a lot for the cost.

I am totally comfortable taking my now over 15 year-old dog to them...especially Dr. Horner, Dr. Westdahl, and Kim. They are always so gentle and caring (TRULY--and not just "superficially"). I got my dog Little Man from Animal Aid over 14 years ago...he was so mistreated that when I got him at 1 year old he had to get 4 teeth pulled right away because of the VERY bad infection...his mouth was as bad as a 15 year old dog (at ONE year old!!). I was working, but had little money. A friend had talked me into getting the Banfield pet insurance so I had gotten the basic plan. It was going to be $1500.00 for the teeth extractions...which I did not have...Dr. Horner let me add the dental plan for under $10.00/month and told me that I only had to promise to keep the dental on the plan for a year ($120) and all would be OK... I have kept the plan and never regretted it...it was probably one of the best investments I have ever made! My little friend is now 15 years old and going strong...in part to the excellent care he has received from Banfield Pet Hospital, Clackamas, Oregon!
