BAMBOO REVOLUTION

Bamboo Revolution is the supplier of the flooring and then they work with an installer to do the actual work. They company they work with is Floor Pro. (Installation/labor was just over $3000 and then the materials were right around $4000). The installation went well, though it did take longer than they told me upfront. They didn't have enough of the wood that I wanted in stock due to my timeline requirements. They tried to get a new shipment but weren't able to do so in time, so I approved a different type of wood.

They are very local, they have everything bamboo, plus the have their own coffee shop in their show room! They were very easy to work with and to talk to. Communication was easy and they were accomodating.

The installers from Floor Pro were also very nice and followed up with me after the work was completed. During installation, they made sure to clean up at the end of each day. It just took a bit longer that initially anticipated.

Total customer focus. One of the nicest crews we've encountered. And a cool business model to boot.

It went very well. Their service was excellent and we had the bamboo at our house within 2 weeks. They arranged for delivery to Yamhill county. Our installer thinks that the wood is of very good quality and he has had no issues with installation.

I found them on the internet when looking for bamboo flooring to be put in our basement. We went to their location and looked at what they had available in a floating floor. We discussed with them that this was to be installed in a basement and they said this should not be a problem as they had had this product installed in basements before. They suggested that they have one of their contractors come look at the basement and determine if we were a candidate to have this installed and they could give us an estimate for the installation.

We had a couple of estimates given and their contractor won the job.

We ordered the flooring knowing that it would be a while to receive it. This was no problem for us. The first shipment was caught in China and determined that it had too high a moisture content. Bamboo Revolution called us and let us make the decision to wait some additional time for a good shipment that met their standards. Again this was not a problem for us and they did keep us informed.

When the product did come it was exactly what we wanted a solid bamboo strand floating flooring. They had it delivered to our house and prepared to acclimate in our basement where it was to be installed.
