Bamboo Grove Landscapes

Joe was professional, personable, responsive and fair. His crew was friendly, respectful, tidy, hard-working and always on time. The bid and contract process was simple, straight-forward and clear, and my husband and I felt like we were given a fair price for the work we needed.  We will absolutely use Bamboo Grove again, and highly recommend Joe and his crew without reservation.

I would probably do some more work with him again. I heard that he was good with bamboos and our bamboo was running across our yard so I had him do the work. On a scale of 1 to 10, he would be a 9 for his responsiveness. He emails really quickly. He was responsive enough for us. We were happy with him. His demeanor was very good. His pricing seemed kind of expensive but I do not know how to compare it. He was really communicative. So, if he was going to be late, he would let me know. He has got a really good casual personality but he is professional.

1.29 to 1.30. I've used them before, so this is not the first time that I've used them. There wasn't anything bad about what they did. They did a good job. They cleaned up everywhere that I wanted it cleaned up. I think the guy that came out, his name was Joe. He was a very nice guy. He was reliable and he showed up on time. He did exactly what he was here to do and stuck to his pride. I think he actually 2.38 to 2.40. The quality of work was good. They called me back right away all the time. I plan to use them again in the future.

Joe had the best "vibe" from the four bids I received; his was tied for the lowest. He is professional (name on the shirt is nice touch) and non-pushy. He answered emails in a very timely manner and also offered suggestions. The guy who worked with him was very pleasant.

Joe at Bamboo Grove is fantastic. I was in a bit of a time constraint to get several cubic yards of dirt and debris removed from our patio and get it pressure washed in time for my husband's birthday. He was able to come out within 24 hours to bid on my project and was able to perform the work the following day. He's very professional - he arrived on time and with a smile. He has such a pleasant demeanor - friendly, up beat and down to earth. The job ended up being more work than he had originally estimated but he asked for only a minimal amount more to cover extra dumping fees. I knew that his initial quote was a little on mid-low slide, so I didn't feel put out paying the extra dumping fees. In fact, I was so pleased with his service (he was so pleasant to work with and went above my expectations) that I ended up paying him more than he asked for. I'm also having him back out to bid on some other projects I need done, including putting in gravel pathways.
