About us
I am a small private contrctor that has over 20 years in the floor covering business. Installing tile, vinyle,prefinished hard woods and laminate counters and floors. I take pride in my work and do it right the first time . I'm licence and bonded. Billing is materials plus 25% of labor to start and the rest do at the completion.

Brad performed his work as part of a remodel. He was hired by the general contractor we hired and this is why we don't have a price component for his work. The above estimate is for work, tile allowance and the overhead paid to the general contractor.
He was patient and thoughtful in all areas of his work. It became apparent his goal was to do an outstanding job, not a quick "get it done" type job. All items he did ended up being something we love to look at in our home. The attention to detail was outstanding.
We appreciated Brad working with us, being flexible and creative. He took special care to lay out the tile first so we could see how it would look. If it wasn't right, he would re-lay it out...re-measure, and make more changes until it looked just right.
He was also one of the few sub-contractors on the job who was careful to always clean up. He even cleaned up messes other less thoughtful sub-contractors made.
We would gladly hire him for any further work we do.
The job he did repairing our kitchen tiles was flawless. You cannot tell the new tiles and grout lines from the old. We would definitely recommend Brad.
