Our roof was leaking badly so Austin came over in a driving rain storm and positioned a tarp until dry weather would enable him to replace the roof. The roof was in terrible condition so repairing the leak was not an option. We were pleased with the work, cleanup and professional manner shown. The big problem is that less than three years had passed on a roof guaranteed 25 years when a terrible leak appeared. Austin Kowalski came over immediately and determined that the problem was the valley which he had improperly installed as it was buckling up allowing water to flow under it. He guaranteed that he would stand by his work and that he would be over in two days to repair it. To make a long story short he has refused to fix it, to answer his phone and his given us numerous excuses such as the fact that his business has a cash flow problem. My recommendation is to stay away from a company that will not stand behind their work and shoddy work at that.

They did a fantastic job. I was a bit nervous hearing neighbors horror stories of hiring companies and the jobs not being completed on time or properly. But Austin and his crew are some real go getters! They did a great job on the roof and I was really pleased with their attention to detail both on the roof and on the ground. They took their time to make sure they cleaned up behind themselves. Overall the experience was an A+, Austin is great to work with and comes packed with experience and recommendations. His crew is prompt to the job site and the work got completed on time. Being in Oregon rain was a big concern, he saw that and was great about informing me on how the project was going to go. I am very satisfied and strongly recommend his services!
