My husband mentioned to me that all he wanted for Christmas was a key replacement for his golf game. He hadn't played it in years because the key was lost. I had to get this done quickly. His vacation starts today at 10:00 am. I called Atlasta yesterday and they scheduled someone to come out first thing in the morning. He arrived earlier than I expected. He opened the video game and actually found a key in the machine. He then made a copy of it. The service was great.

I called Atlasta and talked to a receptionist. She said she'd have a locksmith call me with a time he could come. No one called, Meantime, I called Metro Lock and he confirmed a time . The Atlasta person came (saying the receptionist should not have said he'd call, he assumed I'd be home since I called for service). He had fixed the problem just as Metro showed up. I hated wasting his time. Metro's service fee is much lower than Atlasta's, so Atlasta did reduce the price. I'll call only Metro next time.

Not a pleasant experience. It was fight to get the service I paid for and wanted.

I walked into Atlasta's store and was immediately helped by a person at the counter. The store had the hard-to-find blanks for my garage door keys in stock. The 3 keys were quickly cut and worked perfectly. I was in and out in about 5 minutes, about as long as it had taken me to find a nearby parking space!

I called a few days before I wanted to have my locks changed and I quickly got the exact time I wanted for an appointment. The service person was running a little ahead of schedule that day so he called to ask if he could arrive early, and he was onsite a few minutes later. I told him exactly what I wanted and he quickly went to work and completed all of the work in about 30 minutes. If he made any kind of mess I didn't see it! Everything was neat and tidy when he left.

Atlasta Lock and Safe were awesome. I needed my locks changed at my house and it was a holiday. He came over the same day and did all the locks in less than an hour. He was very professional and friendly. I was very happy with the work and the price.

This was a terrific experience from start to finish. I got enough information over the phone to determine that I needed to bring the chest to the locksmith. When I did, Atlasta did the work right away, and I got the chest back later in the day. The work was done at the store by an Atlasta locksmith.

We are very pleased with their service. They do all our locks as we have an old house and they have got all our locks to all work together.

I worked with them before. They do a fine job.

I've used them quite a bit. They are always prompt and come when they say they are doing to. They do what they say at a reasonable price. They do good work. I haven't priced the market.

The worker was very helpful, efficient and was a good communicator.

I brought the small safe to them. A young man carried it into the store and said he could open it and he did just that in a timely manner for very reasonable price.

Our front door handle/lock would intermittently stick in such a way that I could not open it from the inside,but would have to go out through ithe back door, around the house and onto the porch and unlock the door with the key from the outside. Graphite would temporarily fix it but it would reccur again in a few months. So..... I got their number from Andie's list, and after I finally was able to reach the rhem *( that part took took days- they are swamped- continually busy and even more so this time of year ) the technician stopped in the same day, assessed the situation, said he could fix it, but was not well-installed the first tine, offered to replace it on the spot with a real doorknob, rwith the eight dimensions etc, and only charged us the service fee, nothing extra for the hour or so he was here, or for the doornob/lock or even the installation labor. Highly recommended!

Excellent! David was extremely knowledgeable and really seemed to care about preserving the lock, which is vintage (as is my whole house, honestly). He was prompt, courteous and quick. I was quite happy with his work and he took time to educate me about how to preserve the lock. I would definitely use them again.

We are in the process of remodeling. A sub contractor closed the electric overhead garage door and then manually locked the mechanical lock also. The seldom used key is in storage. I called, and the serviceman was on his way to another service call. He would be approximately 2 hours. When he was on his way he called to inform me. It took approx 20 minutes to open the lock, and he offered a couple suggestions on how ro disable rhe manual lock.

Atlasta provided a reasonable quote, came out and did the work and we would definitely hire them again.

Tech came out exactly when scheduled (8:00 am) and diagnosed worn internal part and said he could probably locate a replacement from one of his sources. Put mechanism back together and advised w/ gentle handling it would do until replacement part arrived. Stated he wouldn't charge for return visit - just the cost of the part as installation would only take 5 minutes and he could do in between other jobs. Called back 2 days later, said he had the part and could meet me at the house at 1:00 pm the following day. Was there promptly at 1:00, fixed in 5 minutes and said he found the part for less than estimated and the parts charge was therefore less.

I took a busted door handle that I wanted to see if they could repair the spring, but they weren't able to after working on it for 20 minutes. I was impressed that they really tried to help. Then I took in the whole lock set and they came up with a very good lock replacement, I don't think I could have done better going anywhere else. They got to work on it as soon as I walked in the shop. They rooted around in their inventory and found a very good replacement for their lock set. I was realy pleased with doing business with them. It was a higher end lock set, but it worked with what we had in the house so we had no problems with the price. We felt like we were dealing with people who knew what they were doing, knew what they were talking about and it was just the way to go. He also gave me $5 off for paying cash. It was an obstacle course finding a parking place and getting to the store because of all the construction going on outside their door, but it was worth it.
