Aqua Care Pool & Spa Service

Horribly. They charged us for equipment that they never installed. They didn't install what they did install correctly. And they didn't finish installing when they said they would. It was a complete and total NIGHTMARE. This company shouldn't even be in business. We paid them a lot of money for equipment that they never even installed yet charged us for. What they did install was done incorrectly. They flooded our pool equipment room once leading to a mold issue. We just spent thousands of dollars getting that handled when they went and flooded it again! Didn't bother to tell me or clean it up. They are the absolute WORST! They hem and haw, take FOREVER to do anything, leave in the middle of a job. Then they don't return to finish the job when they say they will. Not to mention the owner has a reputation of treating people poorly. I found him completely incompetent and a huge time-waster. We began our pool refurbishment back in March of 2015! It is now mid-July 2016 and can you believe the equipment STILL has not been installed properly. We have paid these crooks thousands of dollars. My lawyer will take over from here but BUYER BEWARE. These people should not be in business.

They first tried to repair it rather than just say I needed a new one, which I appreciated. Then when it couldn't be repaired they worked with my warranty company to get it replaced. They were on time and on scheduled and I could get in touch with the repair man anytime. I was very pleased and will be using them in the future for all my repairs. They also gave me a great referral for a pool cover company.

First, they answered their phone, which was wonderful after a frustrating morning calling other companies and leaving messages.

Debby, the person I spoke to, was very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned. I told her that our pool pump had stopped working, and she said they could get someone out on Tuesday (this was on a Friday.) I thought that was reasonable, especially after having spoken to another company who was booked out two weeks!

 However, she went the extra mile. She said she would call around and see if a technician was in my area who could come out today. ( Without having a functioning pump, that pool could have become a smelly health hazard.)

 Within the hour, Perry called and came over. He quickly was able to  determine that the pump was burned out and needed to be replaced. He said he would try to locate one, and if he could, he would return and replace it. Which he did! I have never experienced such great service. The pump is working great, the water is being filtered and cleaned, and all on a Friday afternoon. I am so grateful! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I wish that Angie's List had A plus, I would rate their responsiveness and professionalism A plus for sure.
