Furniture - Custom Made
We had a dispute which remained unresolved for 2 months, until I had Angie's List go to bat for me. I promptly heard from the OWNER of the company, whom I had not met before. We worked out a mutually acceptable solution--a plexiglas ring which serves as a barrier to spilled liquids. The owner, (Don Riddle), then offered to come and install the item (although I could have done it myself). This he did, and I appreciated his professionalism and efforts. I think we both are now happy.
