The tech arrived very fast, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it using parts he had in his truck. We were concerned that the problem was much worse, so it feels like this visit saved us a lot of time and money.

Great. I had an appointment window between 12:00 and 2:00. Kevin called at 12:10 to let me know he was on his way and arrived around 12:25. He discovered the problem and was able to quickly repair it and be on his way by 1:00. I found him to be very professional and the price very reasonable so I would definitely use them again if need be.

Job went well and quickly. Price seemed to be very high for time and effort.

Machine couldn't be repaired, but the tech quickly assessed the issue and was candid about the likely related costs. Although it was a bummer to have to buy a new machine, the tech helped us reduce our associated costs.

Kevin, the technician from “Appliance Guy”, called to see if he could come 20 minutes earlier, which I thought was very considerate. Within minutes of Kevin’s arrival he knew exactly what was wrong and he was correct. Kevin was very professional, cleaned the area, went beyond my expectations, and very pleasant. I had no idea who to call for Applicance repairs, and thankfully I used Angie’s List and mentioned that, in addition, I received a discount - not much but all helps. I will definitely call Applicance Guys again.

Absolutely wonderful. Rob was knowledgeable professional and courteous. He ran the diagnostic and fixed my problem. All in 30 min or less. Rob is a 5 star techinican in my book.

Everything about this repair went perfect! I contacted Appliance Guys and they sent a repairman (Kevin) the next day. He was able to show up early, so he called me to see if this worked with my schedule. It did, so he came right over. In less then 30 minutes, my dryer was working. Kevin was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He had the needed part on his truck and I was back to doing laundry in a short amount of time.

Good. Our appliance was actually fine but Kevin, our technician was very thorough and explained everything very well.

My refrigerator stopped working and I was not in a rush to fix it as I was thinking I may wan a new one. Decided I wanted to fix it rather than get a new after some research. Found Appliance guys on Angie's list, and liked their rating. Cons: I always had to leave a voice mail when calling. Pros: Everything else. Call backs were prompt, and they email you back quickly with any questions. They kept me informed when the tech was being delayed. Kevin, the tech, was personable and knowledgeable. Fixed my fridge for way less than I thought it would cost..I would definitely recommend Kevin and this company based on this experience.

Friendly service making appointment. Arrived early for appointment after calling to make sure it was OK. Replaced motor in ice dispenser quickly and efficiently. Everything was quick and easy, would definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service from start to finish!! The staff both in the office and in the field were knowledgeable and professional. The serviceman was prompt, diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. I highly recommend this company!!

Amazing! Left a phone message which was returned promptly. Samantha was friendly and professional. They sent a technician the same day. Patrick was prompt and efficient. He really knew how to diagnose the problem. Ordered the part right here on site, called the office and set up an appointment for the next day, and quoted a price. Patrick returned the next day (actually called to say he had a cancellation and could come earlier if I preferred). He was in and out in less that 15 minutes! Cost was the lower end of the quote. Boy, oh boy! Such a great company. They really know customer service and their area of expertise! Thank you!

Pro showed up on time and in only ~10 minutes diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30. Very fast, professional, and nice. Communication efficient and fast. Pricing fair and good. One of the best experiences I've had with a repair place. Would highly recommend. It pays to shop local!

Very good. He's able to come 15 minutes earlier. But they call ahead of time. He got right to work. He told me what he found. He cleaned up the area. I Like the fact that they are a family-run company.

Over the years, Rob Melton from Appliance Guys has come out and serviced/repaired a few of our large appliances. We couldn't be more pleased with Appliance Guys as a company or Rob as a technician. Appliance Guys are easy to contact and we've found that Cristiana and Jacque, in the front office, schedule work efficiently with not a lot of back-and-forth. Their prices are fair and their billing clear. We request Rob as he knows the appliances and provides them with a solid servicing. He's punctual and works efficiently with a pleasant, friendly demeanor. In mid-February, he found that the burners of our (old) York furnace were failing and would need to be replaced. When he couldn't get spare parts from his usual source, he looked online for other sources over the weekend. He reported early the next week that York had discontinued those parts, and recommended a furnace installer that had worked well for him in his own home. We will continue to call on Appliance Guys and Rob Melton for all of our home appliance repair needs.

FANTASTIC!!! From starting on Angie's List, locating several appliance businesses in our area, and reading the reviews to calling The Applicance Guys and talking with very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Samantha to Patrick, the competent, efficient, and friendly technician, who called first and then came exactly when he was scheduled to come, it was the BEST appliance experience we've ever had in 41 years! Hands down! We'll be keeping the Appliance Guy's number in our most wanted contacts for any future appliance needs. HIGHLY recommend them 👍🏽😉

I had to wait a week to get an appointment because they were busy, but the repairman came out as planned (on time), assessed the issue and had us order the part because of the age of our fridge. We scheduled the return visit and all went as planned. Glenn was very helpful locating the refurbished circuit board with a 2-year warranty. Service cost noted is for labor only.

This company is the best. I wouldn't call anybody else for an appliance repair.

Of course when the repair man was there the machine worked perfectly though it's not been working right for weeks. And since he came it's been working perfectly. Sigh. But the repair man was on time, called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, was friendly, engaging, explained what was going on, gave me a heads up about the life of the brand of washer I have, helped me understand how to trouble shoot going forward, so all things considered, while it was hard to stomach the money for the service call when ultimately nothing could be done, it was a good call and I will call the Appliance Guys again when I need service.

I purchased a disposal and contacted Appliance Guys to install it. They had the lowest price for installation of the two who responded. Kevin arrived at the appointed time and after looking at the disposal I bought to replace my older disposal which shuddered to a stop he explained the cost involved to change out the brand I had with the different brand I purchased. Then he asked what happened to cause me to think I needed to replace my old disposal. I told about the sudden stop and my attempts to restart and clear it. Kevin rolled up his sleeves and pulled out his flashlight and dug into the innards of the disposal; he said it seems more like something was wedged in the gears. After a few minutes he pulled out a tiny bit of a nail. How it got there I have no idea but there it was along with a small piece of a pad I had on a bowl to keep it from scratching my table. With these two pieces gone the disposal worked perfectly saving me a substantial sum, I returned the disposal I bought and Kevin only charged a service call-no labor. I was very happy with the work ethic of Appliance Guys brought to me in Kevin’s work. Completely recommend Appliance Guys and Kevin.

Brandon diagnosed the problem and replaced the igniter within a half hour. I can't suggest a single quality or skill that he could improve. I wish all service people were as skilled, well supplied, efficient, and friendly as he is.

Called on Sunday and left a message. I received a call early on Monday and was good to go by early afternoon. I will call them again and recommend to friends. Good people. Great service.

EXCELLENT! This is the third time we have hired Appliance Guys in the past year and every single experience has been an A+++ experience. All three times we have had the privilege of working with technician Sean who is incredibly skilled and kind. On this last visit I mistakenly thought the washer door hinge had slipped after Sean left. He came right back at no charge to confirm that it had not slipped at all and that the boot just needed to be broken in. I am impressed that he is consistently joyful, patient and never put out to make certain we are taken care of to the highest degree! Also, lots of praise for the wonderful Cristiana who made sure we got on the schedule before an important deadline and that all the parts we needed were correct and were on the truck ready for our visit. Her communication style and follow through was comforting and thoughtful. As you can tell, we are super fans of this tremendous company!
