Apple Store- Washington Square

The service was spectacular. An appointment wasn't made so there was a bit of a wait. The Genius became available and was incredibly well versed in the mobile product as well as the troubleshooting. When all was said and done the idea came that the unit should be replaced and because it appeared that this was an item that could be exhibiting a manufacturer defect, Apple Care was not necessary for the replacement.

I would definitely recommend them. They are very professional. They meet me at the door so I don't have to wait for help. All the people I have ever talked to at this store really knew what they were talking about and were very nice. They explain everything in really simple terms.

They are so helpful, and can always fix my problem. They are all so nice.

They also have continuous re - education classes and tutorials, which are very helpful. They give better service and products compared to the others. It would be very unlikely for me to use any other products than Apple's. I would use their services in the future too.

The person there really seemed to know what he was talking about, and he provided a lot of information. Macs are always expensive. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

The experience with Apple was pretty straight forward. I went in at the last hour of the day, and so it wasn t too busy. Somebody was there to help me with the purchase, which was easy and quick. The piece broke, I took it back in, and they fixed it. The operating system is the second one that I ve had, and the ease-of-use of the operating system is one reason why I like the Apple a lot.

Great product, and great service. I really appreciate the fact that Apple employees are so competent in fixing any issues that arise with their products. Great company.

I had a pretty good idea of which laptop I wanted before I came in to the store, but the salesperson was still helpful in explaining things to me in a way that even I could understand(I am not technologically savvy at all!). Customer service was great, and I didn't have to wait at all to be helped. This is my second Apple laptop, and I highly recommend them, both for the product and the customer service. If you are a student, be sure to get your discount!

I TRULY LOVE my MacBook Pro and I thoroughly enjoyed the purchase process. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted immediately. When I discussed my options with the salesman, I had some idea of what I wanted as a previous roommate had a Powerbook. So, we discussed my options and I picked out the specific requirements that I had in mind (Processor speed, hard drive size, RAM, etc.) I purchased AppleCare (the only extended warranty that I will EVER buy) with the computer because I have heard a lot about Apple's stellar, superior customer service and repair services.
