Pool technician was non-communicative and un-willing to show me how he performed the services so that I could learn how to do them myself. Additionally learned after pool opening with another company that the technician that closed the pool cut a piece of the plumbing pipe and did not leave it or replace it, which is damage to my system. The opening of my pool is now delayed due to this error. This is something that technicians can do but it is crucial that they communicate what they have done to the pool owner - and now my opening services are postponed to fix the mess the original closer created in the first place.
