About us
Antworks has been providing guaranteed Portland pest control and Portland pest removal services to the metro Portland area for more than 10 years. We treat Spiders, Bedbugs, Hornets and other pests, but our specialty is on Ant Control. Most Portland pest control companies will not guarantee removal of these small ants without expensive monthly treatments, but Antworks Pest Control guarantees all of our ant treatments because we practice unique methods and use materials specifically designed for the control of these social insects. We use the Integrated Pest Management philosophy for all work we do. A big part of our treatment strategy takes place during the inspection. During pest control inspection we try to determine why your home is being infested and make recommendations towards correction making a more long term solution.

I wanted to provide a quick update, Antworks really went above and beyond for us. They have a 4 month maintenace period, and let me tell you we made use of that. We have major issues for quite a few months. I could tell that they genuinely cared about helping us solve our problem. They were extremely thorough and due to issues with our house (outside of their control,) it did take a few trips to really get rid of the ant infestation. They were wonderful to work with, I highly recommend them.

"Thank you for choosing us for your pest control needs and taking the time to leave us a somewhat positive review...I am sorry to learn that we lost your business, especially due to misunderstanding of billing issues. I have thoroughly investigated what happened and my explanation is as follows. I have recently upgraded our billing database system to classify customers who don’t pay at time of service…… based on how quickly payment is made after service is rendered and how much work is needed in order to secure payment for services. Without getting into the specifics of this situation or previous situations……I believe this scenario happened because of our billing and collection history. I think if you closely examine our history you will see what I am referring to. I would be happy to go over this with you in detail….in a less public venue. Unfortunately….in this case….the system worked as it was designed. I apologize for the inconvenience. It is always our goal to take excellent care of our customers. Because we don't require contracts to keep our customers ant free and we only need 3 treatments a year to guarantee our service indefinitely....we have had to try and work out creative ways of making sure we can afford to keep our promise to our customers.
