Highly recommend these folks. They did what they said they would do, in the time frame they said they would do it, for the price promised.

I dropped the laptop off at their office on Thursday. I told Theresa about the virus and described my problems with the files. She took notes for Miki, who did the actual repair. The diagnostics were still being run on Saturday. Theresa knew I was anxious to get it back and made arrangements for me to pick it up the next morning. They charge a flat fee for their services. My computer likely took longer to fix than most because of the files that had to be restored. If I had taken it to one of the big box office stores, I think the cost of repair would have been much higher. Theresa also took the time to answer my questions about anti-virus software, and gave me tips on how to look for my next computer. I'm very happy with their service and price. If I need help in the future, I will use them again.

our daughters laptop failed while at school. when told she would be home for the weekend i called Antico plus to see if they could look at her laptop and possibly repair before she returned to school. i took it in Friday evening and on Saturday morning i was given the diagnosis and repair estimate and also had a long and detailed discussion with them if it was worth putting the money into it given the age of the laptop...we decided to purchase new and send our daughter back to school very happy.
I have used Antico Plus in the past to remove viruses and replace failed hard drives in other computers and each time they have completed each task on time and with in the estimate they provided. i have recommended them to several friends for any computer needs they may have.

I will never take my pc / laptops to anyone else.....neither will my other family members, and they have all had reasons to get problems fixed with their systems.
If you ever have a need for someone to fix your system (and you very well may), don't waste your time and money...just call them, you wn't be disappointed.

It is a husband and wife business. I have used their service many times and they are great. Their price seems to be reasonable. I really like the friendliness of the wife who is the receptionist. She is very personable. The husband who is the technician is very quick and very professional. He gets in and gets the job done. He lets me sit there and take notes where all he is working. He is a little rough, but he works very fast. He explains anything I ask him. He has a very good personality.

It went very well. Theresa and her husband run an excellent business. Very nice and accommodating to your schedule and needs. Reasonably priced. No surprises. Highly recommend them.

The "used" new USB mouse fixed the problem. I don't know anything about my computer or anything hooked up to it. If I have any problems I call Antico. Theresa took time out of her day to come over to give me suggestions and didn't charge me.

Antico saved the day again! This is my second time Antico exceeded all expectations. They really seem to UNDERSTAND computer emergencies. I called on a Sunday afternoon and was back up and running Monday morning. INCREDIBLE! Antico is a "go-to" computer service company when time is of the essence.

Teresa came to my house and picked it up, Mikki (hope I have the spelling of their names right) repaired it, and Teresa brought it back and set it up for me again. I have been enjoying their excellent and very reasonably priced service for a couple of years now. I trust them and rely on them for all my computer needs.

I was very happy with the service provided. They take a very personall approach to their service. It is a husband and wife team. The wife Theresa is very friendly and is the main technical contact. Her husband Miki is the computer expert and does the high tech work. Theresa makes sure she gets all the details concerning your problem and explains what your options are for repair. When they initially built my computer, they brought it to my home and connected all the accessories and speakers etc. to get it running. Thie second time that I used them it was because of a virus. This time, I chose to bring my tower to their home to save money and it worked out very well. Also when I picked it up I got a free training session on how to mamage various programs including virus and spyware protection. I would use them again.

The Antico family was just returning from vacation when I first called them with this problem. I was under a tight time restriction from Dell to return the old drive. Antico went out of their way to quickly pick up the drive and get it back to me in time to meet my deadline. I am sorry I did not get my data back; however, I know they did their best to obtain it for me.

They were fine. They came and picked up my computer, took it and had it back in a couple days. They had new virus protection on it and it was all cleaned up. The performance was improved and they brought it back to my house. I thought it was cost-effective. She was going to be in the area anyway, so she didn't charge me for the time to pick up my computer.

My computer was very slow, bogged down, and having tons of problems. When I contacted Antico, Theresa was fantastic. Miki (the tech) was out of town for a family emergency and she was very professional and clear about what she could/could not provide and when. I described my problems to her and she offered to charge me either their flat rate or hourly depending on what was best for me. When Miki arrived, he was fast and efficient. He ended up taking my machine back to his office to replace Vista with XP. He brought it back on a Saturday because it was more convenient for me. He made several other suggestions to help me with performance, including using different virus protection and internet browser. Very nice and professional all around.

Emailed for a quote on a Sunday, they called me on Monday. When I did not respond they also emailed me on Tuesday . There were a number of clarifying questions that they wanted to discuss on the phone so we did that. We set up an appt during the week that I needed to reschedule. They were very flexible, and ended up coming out on Saturday! They charged a flat rate . We have had 2 other computer help folks to our home who charged by the hour and did not deliver. This was not the case with Antico Plus. They ran a bit late coming out (15 minutes) , due to a job before ours, and called to let us know that and make sure it was ok with our schedule. Everything that was on our list was done, no surprises on pricing or disappointments. There was a travel fee of $10.00 to come from SE Portland which seemed fair and which we were advised of in advance. Before he left he asked if there was anything else that we needed help with. Seemed fair, efficient, flexible and did not try and sell us anything.

This is an extremely efficient, customer-friendly and professional operation: from the prompt response to my email inquiry over the week-end followed by a phone conversation...to the heads up phone call that he was running just a little late due to additional problems that needed to be fixed with a prior customer...to the actual work performed and the follow-up phone call to see if all was okay. Would that ALL companies worked this way! I feel extremely comfortable knowing that I have an in-town resource for all my computer issues.

I was on the computer the evening of June 3rd and all of the sudden the monitor went black and I assumed something was wrong with the computer. I called Antico the morning of 6/4 and Theresa called me back within 30 minutes and happened to be in the neighborhood and she was here within 5 minutes of her cell phone call. She said the computer had power and it was probably the monitor--she took the monitor and Miki was able to fix it (the monitor was nine months out if warrenty--just my luck). I know nothing about computers or how to hook things up to it. My last computer died in September 2007 and I had Antico build a new computer for me including a monitor. In February 2008 I got a new printer and hired them to connect it. I have no patience for things electonic and would rather hire someone to do it. I can't say enough good things about Antico

The entire process was totally painless. They clearly explained everything over the phone, so I knew what to expect in terms of services and prices. I dropped my computer off, and it was ready the next day. The additional RAM and installation of an external hard drive were not part of what I originally requested, but they checked in with me along the way and helped me see that both of these would help my computer run more smoothly. The made it easy since they had the necessary memory and drive already available -- no extra trips for me to the computer store! Now my computer runs like a champ! All at an affordable price!!

Called on a Friday morning because we couldn't run a newly acquired program because of memory problems. Miki came on Friday afternoon and added the memory as well as giving advice on the effectiveness of the computer system.
