I was referred to this person and when met with the contractor, gave list of items wanted completed and gave time frame of wanting everything totally completed within 3 months. Was only given partial quote for list of items to be completed. Had to wait 2-1/2 months for start of work, then work took 5 weeks longer than my 3 month deadline. They did not show up for work every weekday and most days they did not work all day (several days where they only came for one to three hours). After two billings (totaling about $2,000), was told that they should be able to finish up everything the following week and it would only be about $800 more. They did almost finish that following week and in the end I paid another $4200. To me, there sure is a big difference between 800 and 4200. My lesson learned: Referral or not, make sure you get a bid for the whole project up front (before they start anything!) and make them stick to the price-especially when you didn't make any changes!

Anthony is very professional, trustworthy, responsive, and a great problem solver. He worked for several years before starting his own business and is not afraid to work on older homes as many handymen are. When it is not an area he feels comfortable he will tell you right away and usually give a good recommendation for another reliable source.
