Description of Work: At 1pm our truck fell in a ditch. When I called, I asked how long it would take to get a tow. Min said it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hour to send someone out. I was not concerned with the price, I just needed immediate service. Two hours later I called to talk to Min. I was told Min was out driving the tow truck. I asked how much longer. I was told that Min was in the neighborhood. After numerous calls and still no tow truck it turned out that Min did not know how to navigate or read a map and was lost. At 5:30pm I called another company, Security Towing and they were there in 40 minutes.
