After purchasing a Milgard sliding glass door and window, my contractor informed me that due to staffing issues he would not be able to do the installation. So I was stuck with a tarp covered sliding glass door in my backyard (no other place to store it). I called Ann Khawaja at Milgard who had helped me pick out a door and window and asked if she had any suggestions. She gave me the name of Brett at American Window. I called Brett the next day ? left a message on his voice mail. He called back within a half hour. He came out a couple of days later to measure the door to make sure that it had been ordered correctly and to get an idea of the job. He then told me he could do it the following week.
The day of the installation, Brett had a helper with them and the two completed the job in less than 5 hours.
I can?t say enough good things about Brett ? from start to finish, his communication was excellent and his follow through just as good. He?s an easy going, friendly guy who obviously takes pride in his work. I left for a few hours while they were working and when I returned, Brett was finishing up. There was no evidence that the area had been a demolition site a couple of hours before. The clean up was fantastic. The new window and door look terrific.
I would recommend Brett without hesitation. In addition, Ann at Milgard was a pleasure to work with in the researching of the product.
Overall I am very pleased with the job
