It went very well. The Tech at American Security Alarms was very knowledgeable and very helpful to the cable tech, as well as to me in correcting the problems. He knew what to ask to define the problems, and he walked us through the solution to each one. In fact, it was because of the American Security Tech's advice that we were able to get the fix done at no charge to us. I was advised to call the cable company, to allow them an opportunity to correct the error, because the problem was caused by them not following procedure. The cable company was going to charge us for a house call, in order to repair it, but because I had good information from American Security, I was able to negotiate the no charge visit.

This company had two very nice guys, Ron and Harry, who come and install the system. It took them 2 days. They worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional, extremely polite and respectful. It was a pleasure having them in our home. I would highly recommend them for any installation!
