They came when they said they would. They overcharged for the job. Put way too much polish on and it was running down the stainless steel. Nice guys, but way too expensive.

Crew came in, cleaned the hood and oven. Was about to leave when I saw black greasy goo in my overhead light fixture. Crew member went to fix. Said he was done and asked if I was going to "buy him lunch" (give free pizza slice). After he left, found out that he actually broke the light cover while cleaning and did not mention it. Called owner to let know, he said he will be over right away to fix. 5 days later showed up but had the wrong tools and said he would be back the next day. Have not seen or heard from him since. I told him I wanted to give him a chance to make things right before I gave a review....work was done on 12/26/1
