I enjoyed working with Laura at my house. She spent a couple of hours helping me with selection. Tyler was on time (early actually!) for installation and was very pleasant. I do not care for one of my windows, but that is my own fault as it was my selection.

Ellie made it very easy to work with as a "do-it-yourselfer" for most of my projects for blinds in my home. She took the extra step to coordinate custom drapery rods and came in under a tight timeline and budget. The manager was extremely helpful when one bracket had a wood finish that didn't match the order. The prices are half of what I'd seen at home improvement stores.
