Paul did a great job at a very fair price. He was able to schedule the work within the timeframe I needed and performed the work quickly. He took care of the city paperwork and approvals.

We have since hired another company to come and dig up the sink hole and they showed us that the pipe Paul installed had never been connected to the sewer line. Paul simply dropped a PVC pipe into the dirt in our garden and then refilled the hole. That's why our garden has been slowly sinking. Nice work, Paul. $600.00 to dig a hole and fill it in again. nice.

Our guest bathroom sink has a fancy bowl on top of the counter and a weird drain that is very slow. Guests always try to push down in the middle of it because they think its stopped up. Finally they pushed so hard that it got really stuck--the week before mother's day when all the family was coming to eat. A friend recommended Paul and he came right out to look at it and then suggested a different drain that would match better but isn't designed to stop up the sink ever. It made sense since all people do there is wash their hands. He said he'd buy one while he was out that day and return that evening. That evening he called and he had the part but was going to be rather late--so he asked if the morning would be alright. Very considerate. He came first thing in the morning and put it in--no fuss, no muss. Great job.

We purchased a home that had to have the sewer
line from the house to the street replaced. The sellers
used American Drain Cleaning for this project and the service came with
a 10 year warranty. Shortly after we moved in, a sink hole started to
form near the house where the drain work was done. We called Paul
Meusling, the comtractor for American Drain Cleaning, he came out
and looked at it and said he would bring by some dirt to fill the hole.
Over the next two weeks, we called Paul Meusling 3 times to notify
him that the sinkhole was growing dramatically.
None of these calls was returned. When we reached Mr. Meusling
on the 4th call, the call was cut off and when we called right back,
we got the message machine. It became clear that
we were not going to be helped so we contacted another company
recommended by our realtor and they sent 2 men the next day who filled
the hole (nearly 3 yards of dirt was required), replanted a tree that had been
dislodged by the sink hole, and left the area looking like new.
