Randy and his guys are absolutely great. Very clean work, professional and on time. I also used them to replace a 35 year old furnace at my Mom's place. I would highly recommend them if quality and satisfaction are important to you.

The contractor was nice enough to return my call and we discussed the problem with my windows. I felt comfortable to ask him to come to my house to give me a quote for the work. However, the contractor only works during weekdays and regular business hours. I needed someone to come on the weekend to see the problem during daylight hours. So the contractor did not do any work for me.

Repaired a furnace...however they have performed a variety of other work in the past. They are responsive, professional, knowledgable and honest. I highly recommend them.

It was a really good service. I had them repair come furnace pipes under the house. They were here for one full day and one technician came out to do this. This was the first time I have used them. They were recommended to me by my nephew and he told me that they would do a great job and they did.

They came out and there was a problem with my furnace. They got it squared away with no troubles. The technician who came out was very nice and was very good at what he did. He explained what he had done and took care of business. They also showed up on time. I think my wife also set them up, in our books, to have them periodically do longer term maintenance.

We had them service a furnace. One technician came out. The first time they came out it was for 30 minutes and the 2nd time they came for about 45 minutes. They had to get a part and that was why they came back the second time. It seems to me that they didn't know what they were doing for my furnace. They should have brought the part that I needed in the first place, instead of having to come back a 2nd time.

Their work was great! He fixed my air conditioner. Just one technician came out to do that work and it took him about a couple of hours. He did have to leave to go get a part and he let me know that price ahead of time. He was efficient and he got the fix done quickly. He also gave me some recommendations in how to make the AC run longer. I heard about this company from Angie's List and this was the first time that I had used them.

They did work for me a number of years ago. They installed a gas furnace and 2 technicians came out and installed that. They were clean, efficient they had done a good job. They had great prices too. They also helped me pick out a great furnace.

We have used American Contracting before but because this was a large job, I got four bids. Randy was the second lowest.
He was also by far the most thorough. For example he was the only bidder who went down into the crawl space to check the
ducts. He found one place where two pieces had separated and could not just be pushed back in place. Not coincidentally, this
sparation lead to the kitchen/family room which I had always considered a cold spot. He also pointed out what venting had to be
replaced because it was no longer to code. Some other bidders pointed out one place but Randy spotted more.
The day of the installation, Randy and crew showed up on time. They spent the time to explain things, even walking my wife and I through setting up the WI-fi thermostat and explaining all the features. They also not only made us aware of all available rebates
(which were substantial) but filled out all paperwork, and sent to us for signature and sending out. We are both thrilled with the new
furnace. The cold spot is gone, and it runs quieter than the older one. I will continue to use American Contracting and I recommend
them to anyone who understands the difference between value vs the absolute lowest price.

They are very competent. They are very efficient with their time and I highly recommend them. In terms of price, I had one other company years ago to do it and their price was very bad. They are very personable. A person comes, actually have both, the owner comes to double check twice sometimes and the person that they send out is very friendly and nice. I would very much use them again in the future.

Our furnace was not working. My husband tried fixing it. A week later with no heat, he finally agreed he did not know what was wrong. So I looked on Angie's List and there American Contracting, Inc kinda jumped out at me. I read they had good experiences from other consumers so I gave them a call. In less than 3 hours from my call, Kayla had dispacted Ty to come to our home. He was very respectful and went right to work. He let me know what the problem was, and let me know I had the option for him to go and get the part and fix it. He went and got the part needed, came back and whalaaa, the furnace was up and working again!! I would definitely use this company again. Very good all around. Thank you so much American Contracting, Inc. My furnace is still working and we are warm :)
