Dean was punctual, communicative, and came in at the lowest bid. Normally, I don't go with the lowest bidder, but how could I not? Very happy I did. His team was on time every day, did the job well, and cleaned up once the job was done. These folks are GREAT!

Dean was very responsive from the initial bid through completion of the project. His initial bid was spot on and he was very accommodating as we made minor adjustments to the plan. Dean and his team take great pride in their work and it shows when you see the end result. Oregon Jewish Museum is a small nonprofit in NW Portland, Oregon. We found Alpha Fencing on Angie's list and made the contact. Dean, the owner responded quickly, set a time to come by and discuss the job, emailed me an estimate promptly. Dean was prompt, courteous and most of all knows the fencing business inside and out. The work process was quick, neat and unobtrusive (even in our busy parking lot.) We lucked out in that our schedules meshed and he got the work done the following week. I recommend them to others. The fence is solid and made of good wood; not one of those pre-fab wood fences. Their quality was amazing and they did a very good job. I will use them again in the future.

Reliable and professional, great looking fence. The whole processes went smoothly. The scope of work changed a little during the project but Dean was accommodating. Price was in line with the scope of work. Work was performed in Oregon City.

They came when they said and did the job for the price agreed over the phone.

All done in about 4 hours except that he had to come back the next day [which he did with no hesitation and no extra charge] to add a bar to block a space a dog could have got through.

No mess left, all went well.

It turned out very good for us. They were very quick. A young man drove into our fence and destroyed part of it. I called Alpha Fencing Company and they came out. They took the fence apart, took it to their shop, fixed it and put it back up the same day. We did not have a warranty on that. I thought their price was fair and their quality was good.

It is like a good old boy company, but it wasn't bad. They don't have a computer set up or things like that but that was fine. He was very prompt. He called me back right and got me the estimate right away. He did the fence really quickly and reasonably. It is great. Some of the other bids we got were higher.

We got three bids - one was twice the cost of the other two and rejected. One did not have the variety of fencing to offer and had less experience. Dean displayed confidence in every detail of the project and helped us to firm up what we really needed and wanted. The only frustrating part was in getting the final cost nailed down (after toying with all the options of how we wanted the fence and gate). It took 2 weeks of going back and forth. The project was complicated so details were forgotten in the contract. The company is not up to the latest computer standards either so the bidding sheet was scanned and sent to us but it ended up being unreadable. We finally had to ask him to come to our home in person with the contract. We're glad we stuck with him though. Dean was able to start right away (he and another man actually did all the work) and his communication with us was great, letting us know when he'd be back or when there was a delay. The work was done in 8 days. Dean also did work beyond what we contracted. They had to cut a groove in our asphalt driveway to get power to the keypad. We asked if he would lay an extra wire from our driveway lights in the same groove. It wouldn't have been a big deal except we did not have enough wire to go in the same groove so Dean cut a second groove to accommodate the length of wire we had! We love our new fence and the price was great!

It was a phenomenal work. The pricing and service keeps me going back. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fencing company.
