About us
Business Description: All Weather Home Remodeling is a full service remodeling company that has served the Portland Metro area since 1978. We pride ourselves on using our own employees (not sub-contractors) for almost all phases of work that we perform. Our expertise includes design work for kitchens and bathrooms. We offer complete home weatherization including window and patio door replacements. Of course we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured as required by the State of Oregon. We have worked cooperatively with the Portland Energy Office, Portland General Electric, Northwest Natural Gas, Portland Development Commission and the REACH organizations. We are members of the Beaumont Business Association and are a trade alliance contractor for the Energy Trust of Oregon. If you are investigating various options for flooring, windows, tile, cabinets or countertops, a visit to our showroom at 5005 NE Fremont is a great place to start.

The team installed three vent fans, as well as installed insulation to the attics, sealed the crawl space and insulated the floor.
We are very pleased with their supportive efforts and service.
The estimate was very fair and the service was performed within 2 weeks. The owner was onsite to get the job started. The staff were punctual, clean and did not leave any debris behind. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Dave was on site at the start of each day to ensure the installers had direction and knew what they had to do. The guys doing the installation were professional and cleaned up after each stage. Dave was incredibly patient with the zillion questions that I had for him and answered each one thoroughly. They used all Eco-friendly products that contained no formaldehyde and made from recycled glass. No-off gassing was especially important to us as we're expeciting a little one soon.
Now, officially one month after the job is done, I'm please to report that our energy usage is down a full 43% in kilowatt hours (Down 804kWh from last years bill) and the costs have come down over 27%. The bill would have been paid even less had it not been for the 1.5 cent price increase that took effect last Feb/March.
I highly reccomend this company. They have been in the business a long time and they do the job right!
