They do wonderful work. I can't say enough good things. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are very good at communicating and willing to fix any problems that come up. They even work within our budget, and it was great. They always give us 100% of their attention and are wonderful to work with. We love our remodel and we're excited to work with them again. Dave, John, and Billy are top-notch; they're the A-team!

This team of professionals is well coordinated and conducted themselves well on the job site: careful not to mar floors or walls. We received full and detailed explanations of the work needed, work to be provided as well as potential outcomes.
The team installed three vent fans, as well as installed insulation to the attics, sealed the crawl space and insulated the floor.
We are very pleased with their supportive efforts and service.

The owner did the estimate and made me aware that the service was eligible for a rebate from Oregon Energy Trust .

The estimate was very fair and the service was performed within 2 weeks. The owner was onsite to get the job started. The staff were punctual, clean and did not leave any debris behind. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We had a really good experience. Dave Poynter took care of us from the start of the bid to the close of the project. I feel that we paid a fair price for the work they did. They handled all the energy trust paperwork and we're expecting a $600 rebate to be arriving soon. The project took a 1/2 day longer than they had originally quoted, but the scheduler warned me that this could happen when we booked the job, so I was not caught off guard by it.

Dave was on site at the start of each day to ensure the installers had direction and knew what they had to do. The guys doing the installation were professional and cleaned up after each stage. Dave was incredibly patient with the zillion questions that I had for him and answered each one thoroughly. They used all Eco-friendly products that contained no formaldehyde and made from recycled glass. No-off gassing was especially important to us as we're expeciting a little one soon.

Now, officially one month after the job is done, I'm please to report that our energy usage is down a full 43% in kilowatt hours (Down 804kWh from last years bill) and the costs have come down over 27%. The bill would have been paid even less had it not been for the 1.5 cent price increase that took effect last Feb/March.

I highly reccomend this company. They have been in the business a long time and they do the job right!

All in all the entire set of tasks were accomplished efficiently and professionally. The crew/s were prompt and pleasant to have around. Dave was quick to get back in touch with me when I needed to talk with him. The final cost was fair and reflected the adjustment for the insulation not required. I wouldn't hesitate to hire these folks again for remodeling or insulation work.

They did an excellent work at a good price. They did the work in two and half days. They really seemed well at what they were doing. I was very happy with their work. I watched them do the work. They made sure that they did everything they said they were going to do. I feel like they were careful and did a good job. I would use them in the future.

They were very prompt. In and out in no time at all. They were very professional and informative. One person came out and measured. We decided on the windows then they came back and it was done. They were very clean and took away all the materials.

John came to do an inspection and give an estimate. He was very thorough and provided good ideas on how to improve the heat in our house by insulating and sealing duct work. He came to our house before and during the project and gave us a follow up call to make sure we were happy with the work. He was easily accessible by phone and responded quickly for questions. After the workers got into our crawl space and found that the amount of work and installation needed was less then quoted, John adjusted our bill to reflect the actual work and materials used. After the ducts were sealed, we noticed improved heat flow in our house and felt that was a good investment. I got their name from the Energy Trust of Oregon trade ally list, and they said they would file paperwork for our rebates.

John was wonderful - he responded to my email promptly. The estimate process was fast and efficient, he looked at our attic spaces and knew just what to do. We received a quote within a week via email and it was the best price. The day of the job, the team arrived on time and finished before the targeted deadline. The team did a wonderful job of making sure our house stayed clean, they put down floor coverings and vacuumed after they were finished. Later that day when I entered our loft space (where the side attics were) I instantly noticed the temperature difference. We couldn't be more pleased with the work!! Our house stays warm and we have hardly had to use the heat yet.

We looked at three companies. I liked this one the best. The person who gave us the estimate, John B., was friendly and personable. He showed a lot of interest in our house, even things he wasn't bidding on, like drainage. Different crews did different things - I think there were seven folks in all. The only problem was that a couple of times folks couldn't make it out due to illness. All the workers seemed to know what they were doing. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again, and will consult them next year about a bath remodel.

Estimate was slightly more than other company contacted, but Dave seemed to have a better grasp of what needed to be done so I went with them (thus the 'B' for price). The work was done in two days and seemed to be done well. My only minor complaint was that the vents were installed just a bit off of level. Not very noticeable to passers by, but I am pretty detail oriented and I see it (thus the 'B' for quality). Overall, I thought they did a good job.

Excellent. Dave reviewed all details with me during the estimate and the morning of install. John did excellent work during the 2 day job and cleaned up after each work day. Definitely a rehire in the future.

Very well. They did a great job. The people that worked on my house had to work in 98degree weather. They worked hard and got the job done.

We had them come out and give us an estimate, after we stopped by their showroom on Freemont in NE Portland to look at window designs. They were on time for all appointments they made with us, and the installation crews were very courteous. The person who did the estimate was very thorough, and asked many questions to help us make decisions about what we wanted. He walked us through the steps that would happen on the day of construction, and came with the insulation blowing team to identify any areas of concern. He showed us several places that we could/should look to ensure that insulation didn't enter the back of built-in cabinets and such. They did a great job insulating, paying attention to problem areas above and below windows, in the eaves and above our finished attic.

They were honest. They had good quality carpenters. They were well priced. The one thing I would say about them is they are a little rough with existing parts of your home that they aren t supposed to tear up. They aren t very good at preserving these areas. I would consider using them again in the future.

They did a good job. They were communicative about when they would be doing the work and how long it would take. They were also flexible about rescheduling.
