It went well, a few days later he sent me a proposal via email. It was detailed to a fault. Kind of hard to understand. I asked him a question, via email, and never heard back.
Rich has since contacted me since my review and said he thought he answered my question and apologized. All is well, really nice human and very professional.

Rich is so nice and knowledgable. They are now doing the cleanup and regular care on my yard, and I am very pleased with the work they are doing. They are prompt and professional, and the cost is very reasonable. I give them an A+ in every area!

The quality of their work is very good. The owner of the company is a very honorable guy. They were on time. They are very professional too. We just started using their services and we would use their services in the future too.

The work was done in two installments. I thought it was done after the first day and was pleased with the work and ready to pay. Rich said that he wasn't done yet and would return to finish. I was amazed at his level of commitment to getting the job done.

The cost is the cost per month. The lawn looks great. Rich is very professional and does a wonderful job. We were new to the neighborhood and I noticed that some lawns looked so much better than any others around. I found out Rich was doing their lawns and had him do a quote for us. Being new homeowners with no lawn care experience, I appreciate coming home each week to see the lawn looking so good after their visit.
