We were purchasing prior to relocating and Bobbi was incredibly responsive and easy to work with remotely. We had some challenges with the pre-approval process due to not having the job transfer official yet and Bobbi recommended a stellar lender when ours was not meeting our needs. I think one great marker of how great Bobbi is is that she surrounds herself with A-players. The lender, the inspector, everyone she brought in was the best of the best. Our inspection gave us a lot to work with for concessions and has been invaluable post-sale as we settle into living in our new home. Bobbi and our lender worked with lightning speed to get our mortgage approval and offer put together within 4 hours on a Saturday morning so that we could put in an aggressive offer—which was accepted! There will always be ups and downs in the drama of buying and selling a home, but Bobbi handles all of these with grace, humor, and expertise.

Where do I begin?! Bobbi is amazing and wowed us from start to finish. This is a crazy market, but she handled it beautifully. We had to terminate one contract and start from scratch, and she was unfazed - just jumped right in to get us into our dream home. We then had to deal with lender from **** (avoid the Costco mortgage program!) and Bobbi totally rallied to work every channel possible to get us to close on time. I also appreciated how she treated various parties on our behalf. I had a home to sell and a pending out-ot-state relocation, and I wanted to get
things done in the real estate department. Alicia coached me to get ahead of
the market and get my house listed before spring, when the majority of sellers
put their homes up for sale. With her guidance, I cleaned things up on the
inside and outside, and made sure my house was in immaculate condition. Several
realtors commented after showing my home that they thought it was
professionally staged!

Alicia could not have been more wise. My home went from listed to CLOSED SALE
in 13 days. We had 2 offers within 24 hours. I kid you not. Underpriced? No
way. My house sold for well over the asking price, and brought up the comparables
in my neighborhood by over $30 per square foot. We had some challenges in the
home inspection, and this is where the friendly and fierce part comes into
play. I gave the buyer of my home only 25% of the concession they requested,
and this is thanks to Alicia's friendly but firm negotiation skills. You cannot
find a realtor more skilled in this department.

I'm leaving the state but still have property here. When it's time for me to
sell again, I won't even consider another realtor. You shouldn't either. And
I'm hard to please. :)
