It went very, very, very bad.
Overall as a person I like Raphael, but unfortunately I can't say the same for his work. On each of our projects Raphael submitted incomplete drawings and several incomplete revisions in response to checklists.
We were very clear about our project timelines and expectations. We were to open our business on Oct.1 and it is now Feb 1st and we still don't have complete site plans or floor plans.
I should have realized something was wrong when he consistently submitted rudimentary drawings with obviously wrong dimensions for existing walls in the rare instance dimensions were provided.

AhHa! Architecture LLC did a great job taking down our walls and raising the second floor, so it was a pretty massive undertaking and he did a great job. We're very happy with it.
