Property Management
I will never do business with this company again. They did not accommodate my needs as a property owner. I requested that an online service be used as the only source of advertising for my property when their agent told me it's where they get most of their business, not the local newspaper. They charged me anyways, I disputed the bill, they refunded after a drawn out communication. I got the check along with a letter stating they where no longer going to represent me. Fine, they did a really bad and expensive job not fixing the leakage issue in the basement, anyways. Overall, this company has very poor communication style, and they seem to focus on band-aiding problems. Do not use them!
