Earlier in the week while I was getting out of the shower I heard my husband yell from downstairs "grab some towels" because the ceiling down there was raining in the front living room.  A call to our insurance co. later, they suggested Agent Plumbing for determining the cause of the leak as part of starting our claim. My husband called Agent Plumbing, and thankfully they were able to come out that day.  
Steve arrived, and instantly removed his shoes (without me asking) as soon as he walked in.  He was professional and informative telling me what he was doing.  He then went to work upstairs in the shower to find out where the leak was coming from.  Once he determined what the issue was he let me know, including pictures.  He asked (but did not pressure sell) me if I wanted him to put on a temporary fix so that we would be able to use the shower until we were able to get someone in to do a permanent fix.  Given that this is the only shower in our home, I said "yes! Please!!!"  I then asked him if he would be able to do the permanent fix as well.  He said yes, but couldn't that day because he had another inspection to go do.  We scheduled a time today for him (which he was on time for) to return to do the work for the permanent fix. 
I don't know if if there prices are competitive.  Perhaps if I had called around we would've found someone for cheaper--but there's something to be said for professionalism, expediency and good customer service. I would recommend Steve from Agent Plumbing.

I would recommend them to anybody. I would use their services again in the future. We wouldn't use anybody else.

They did what they were supposed to. They are nice and friendly, on time, and in today's age of cell phones and everything else, no one should have to wait around if someone can't come.

I had three plumbers in because I could hear a leak but they all told me it was in my mind. It turned out to be a serious plumbing issue that had rotted away a stud. Agent Plumbing came highly recommended and the price was comparable to other bids I got.
